Proper base prep on every job

Every full asphalt installation starts with a 6" stone base. We excavate, lay the stone, and compact it. A solid base is what keeps your driveway from sinking, cracking, or holding standing water.

Thickness matters

We pave a minimum of 2–3 inches of asphalt on every job. Our Heavy Duty package is 4 inches. Thicker asphalt holds up longer under heavy vehicles, freeze-thaw cycles, and daily wear.

Our asphalt warranties range from 1 to 2 years depending on the package. A well-paved driveway should never have standing water, cracks, or crumbling. We stand behind that.

Oil-Based Sealcoat

Sealcoat soaks into the asphalt, replenishing oils and binder that have broken down, filling small gaps in the aggregate, and restoring a deep, shiny, black appearance. It also forms a protective barrier against sun, water, oil, and salt.

Our Warranty: We Stand Behind Our Work

Our asphalt warranties cover standing water: no visible puddles lasting more than 12 hours.

Warranties exclude any displacement of chipping between new and old or existing concrete or pavements, sealers, drains, pipes or downspouts. Concrete or asphalt patches/repairs, decorative or finely finished surfaces, concrete coloration and landscaping are also excluded.

What makes an asphalt driveway last longer

Most people think asphalt is high maintenance. The truth is, bad prep is high maintenance.

It starts with the base.

The stone base underneath your asphalt is what keeps the surface from sinking, cracking, or holding water. Without proper excavation, grading, and compaction, even the best asphalt won’t hold up. A 6” compacted stone base is the industry standard for a reason.

Thickness determines durability.

A thin layer of asphalt over unstable ground is going to fail. The thicker the asphalt, the more it can handle heavy vehicles, freeze thaw cycles, and everyday wear without breaking down.

Sealcoating protects the surface.

After it's installed, asphalt is exposed to UV rays, water, oil, and road salt, all of which cause it to dry out, fade, and crack over time. Sealcoating soaks into the asphalt, replenishes the oils and binder, fills small gaps, and forms a protective barrier. Most professionals recommend sealcoating every 1–2 years.

True professionals. These folks respond in a timely manner, show up exactly when they say they will, go above and beyond your expectations, are pleasant and respectful to your property, and do amazing work. The stamped patio they did came out better pictures I saw online. Also, I just had sod installed and when they repaired my sidewalk, they took extreme care to carefully remove and replace the sod correctly so it would grow back correctly. Kyle and is workers WILL be back for future projects, I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.
