Pre Treatment
Before any precipitation arrives we treat your pavement. Getting ahead of the storm means ice bonds less aggressively and clear times are faster once snow starts to fall.

Active Monitoring and Clearing
Our team monitors conditions continuously. As the storm develops crews begin plowing and salting hitting main entrances drive lanes parking lots and handicap areas first.

Final Clean Up
When the storm concludes we do a final pass and your site is ready for access.

These folks respond in a timely manner, show up exactly when they say they will, go above and beyond your expectations, are pleasant and respectful to your property, and do amazing work. The stamped patio they did came out better pictures I saw online. Also, I just had sod installed and when they repaired my sidewalk, they took extreme care to carefully remove and replace the sod correctly so it would grow back correctly. Kyle and is workers WILL be back for future projects, I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.

It was easy to book an estimate online. Someone came out the next day, and a written estimate was sent to my email soon after! I had other asphalt companies give estimates, but Marshall Construction was the best price. He would beat any other price if he wasn't already the lowest! Early Monday Morning, the professional crew and all the fancy, quality equipment arrived, and they set to work. I had a 20x10 driveway installed with an old one car driveway removed. The workers were efficient, neat, and as quiet as possible. They were able to complete the work by mid afternoon. The driveway looks great, and it will be a big help being able to have 2 cars parked off the street now! Kudos to Marshall Paving!
