Hardscaping that holds up, without all the maintenance.

Patios that never need weeding. Walls that never shift. That's what we build. We’re family-owned crew serving Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland for over 20 years.

The problem with pavers.

Pavers look great the first year. Give it a few years and you're dealing with weeds pushing through the cracks, moss taking hold, stones shifting, and the poly modified sand underneath washing out. You spend time and money just to keep them looking okay.

Stamped concrete is the answer.

There’s a better way.

The look of pavers without the work
Stamped concrete looks just like natural stone
or pavers at a fraction of the cost. Reseal it
every 2–3 years. No weeds. No moss. No
shifting stones. No refreshing sand. Just a patio
that looks the same in year ten as it did on day
one.
A space designed for your home
You pick the pattern, the base color, the accent
color, and the finish. We guide you through the
combinations we know work well together, and
the result is something built specifically for your
home — because it was. Customers love this
part.
Flat, level, and permanently good-looking.
Once it's poured and sealed, it stays put. No
settling, no erosion, no uneven spots collecting
water. It holds up through freeze-thaw cycles
and daily use without losing its shape.

Design Your Space

Every stamped concrete project is custom. Before you pick anything, we talk through what you have
in mind — the look of your home, colors you're drawn to, projects you've seen that you liked. We'll
share examples of work we've done and recommend combinations we know look great together.
Then we walk you through the four decisions that make your project yours.

Step 1 - Pick your pattern.
We carry the most popular stamps that customers love. The Grand Ashler mimics the look of slate pavers in an all-gray finish. The London Cobble gives you a classic cobblestone look. And we can get creative with placement: lay a stamp on a diagonal and it reads like a herringbone, without using a different stamp. We can also do bordered designs: a decorative edge around the perimeter with a different texture or color filling the middle.
Step 2 - Pick your base color.
Your base color is mixed directly into the concrete before it’s poured. We’ve curated a selection of shades that we know work — lighter tones that hold up well over time and complement the widest range of homes. *Use this chart as a guideline only. The colors may not exactly represent the final color.
Step 3 - Pick your accent color.
Your accent color is applied in powder form across the wet concrete surface. It blends into the base and brings out the depth and texture of the pattern. We recommend a darker shade.

Step 4 - Pick your finish.
We seal every project with one of two finishes: a gloss non-slip coat that makes the colors really pop, or a matte no-shine coat for a more natural look. Both protect the surface. It just comes down to the look you want.

How We Stamp Concrete

Stamped concrete is a three-day process, weather permitting.
Here's what to expect:

1
Day 1 Pour and Stamp
We prep the ground and pour the concrete with your base color already mixed in. We spread the accent color across the surface then stamp your chosen pattern piece by piece pressing the design into the wet concrete and blending the colors as we go.
2
Day 2 Wash and Cut
Once the concrete is fully dry we come back to power wash the surface and make any saw cuts needed to control cracking and define the edges.
3
Day 3 Seal
We apply your chosen finish gloss non slip or matte no shine. This is the step that makes the colors come alive and locks everything in.

Where Stamped Concrete Works

Stamped concrete works on any flat outdoor surface. Here's where most customers use it:

Backyard patios
Driveways
Walkways and sidewalks
Front porches
Pool decks
True professionals. These folks respond in a timely manner, show up exactly when they say they will, go above and beyond your expectations, are pleasant and respectful to your property, and do amazing work. The stamped patio they did came out better pictures I saw online. Also, I just had sod installed and when they repaired my sidewalk, they took extreme care to carefully remove and replace the sod correctly so it would grow back correctly. Kyle and is workers WILL be back for future projects, I wouldn't waste my time calling anyone else.

It was easy to book an estimate online. Someone came out the next day, and a written estimate was sent to my email soon after! I had other asphalt companies give estimates, but Marshall Construction was the best price. He would beat any other price if he wasn't already the lowest! Early Monday Morning, the professional crew and all the fancy, quality equipment arrived, and they set to work. I had a 20x10 driveway installed with an old one car driveway removed. The workers were efficient, neat, and as quiet as possible. They were able to complete the work by mid afternoon. The driveway looks great, and it will be a big help being able to have 2 cars parked off the street now! Kudos to Marshall Paving!

I hired Marshall Construction to replace a garage floor, front walkway and driveway with a stamped concrete border. Neighbor's have been commenting on how nice it looks. Kyle and Valentina are very nice folks and easy to work with. The crews were professional and worked very hard. I highly recommend them.

Kyle and his team were incredibly timely, professional and friendly! We searched many companies and Marshall's came in extremely fair and competitive. We were blown away by their cleanliness and dedication to ensuring that anything their equipment touched they fixed or topsoiled! We will be using them again in the future! Beautiful job!
Heather Clifton
I had Marshall construction install a concrete pad addition to an existing concrete pad. Kyle was on time and excellent with all aspects of the job from the estimate to the form to the pour to the finish to the final back fill and grading. Quality work and good pricing. I would highly recommend Marshall construction.

Marshall Construction did an awesome job installing our driveway. They took great care and expertise with all the prep work. No cutting corners! They made sure the water would run off in the best direction. The quality of the job was over and above our expectations. We highly recommend!

RETAINING WALLS

Why most retaining walls fail.

Most retaining walls fail because of what’s underneath them. Contractors use a stone base, skip the drainage, and move on. The wall looks fine at first — until water starts building up behind it and freeze thaw cycles do what they always do. It shifts, tilts, and eventually has to be rebuilt.

We build ours differently.

Concrete footer, not stone
We pour a concrete footer at the base of every wall instead of using a stone base. That is what keeps the wall stable and prevents settling over time. It is a more labor intensive step that most crews skip we do not.
Reinforced with geo grid and 57 stone
We lock the wall in place with geo grid and 57 stone packed behind the block. You will not see it once the job is done but it is the difference between a wall that holds for decades and one that does not.
Proper drainage built in
Every wall includes perforated pipe drainage so water moves through and away from the wall not against it. That is what protects it year after year through freeze thaw cycles.
Backed by a 7 year warranty
We build with Cambridge Matrix block or poured concrete depending on the project. Either way every retaining wall we build is backed by a 7 year warranty. That is how confident we are in what is underneath.
